About The Author:

I started with keeping animals [exotics] back in junior high school. We had a project that required students bringing in a goldfish. At the end of the project the teacher was going to "get rid of" all the fish, as the students didn't want them.

I volunteered to take them all home. AND SO IT BEGAN...

It didn't stop there... Later I became fascinated with reptiles. I had a friend that was heavily into snakes and reptiles.

By this time I was out of my parents house and didn't have to ask anymore to bring something home. I started collecting reptiles, all kinds. I specialized in African and Egyptian cobras and other venomous reptiles.

After years of dealing with all types of reptiles, I sold them and went back to fish, which is what I have now.
